Before the fair

1. Food vendors must apply through the carnival. All other vendors must submit their application through fkhk.org and list every product or activity they plan to offer. Wait for confirmation before treating your space as reserved.
2. All vendors must maintain a general liability insurance policy covering their participation in the fair and provide proof before setup. This venue requirement cannot be waived. Provide other documents requested for your vendor type.
3. Review your confirmed attendance dates, fee, booth size, setup window, and breakdown time. Ask the coordinator to resolve any missing information before arrival.

Arrival and setup

4. Arrive only during your confirmed setup window. Check in before unloading and follow directions to your assigned booth.
5. Keep your tent, displays, stock, and equipment within the approved space. Keep walkways, entrances, exits, and vehicle access routes clear.
6. Bring the equipment and supplies you need unless FKHK has confirmed that they will be provided. Secure your tent and displays for outdoor conditions without damaging the site.
7. No grills or gas generators are allowed by your booth. Power must be purchased from the carnival. Use only approved electrical connections. Keep cords clear of walkways and remove vehicles by the confirmed deadline.

During the fair and breakdown

8. All free vendor booths must be present every day the carnival is open, October 28 - November 1, 2026. Staff your booth during the confirmed event hours for all five days. Other vendors must follow their approved attendance schedule. Offer only approved products and activities.
9. Keep your area clean, manage your own stock and valuables, and follow coordinator directions. Report safety concerns promptly. Overnight storage arrangements must be confirmed in advance.
10. Do not begin breakdown or bring a vehicle into the vendor area before the approved time. Remove all equipment, merchandise, and waste, and leave your space clean.
